Content and Curriculum Senior Manager - Edtech

We are looking for a content leader who will lead a team of high-quality educational specialists who are content experts to create and high deliver high quality content and assessments. This is a managerial role but requiring strong academic leadership. In addition, there is an opportunity to drive content innovation.

- Overseeing the content development for all edtech products across all subject areas

- Coordinating with other managers within and across SBUs on various tasks/projects to ensure smooth delivery of content

- Driving content-based innovation like tests in new subjects, new item types, impact assessments, Vertical Scaling, A/B testing, etc.

- Playing a thought and content leader role in driving projects related to national initiatives related to PISA, Board Assessment Reforms, etc.

- Planning work/tasks and tracking progress towards content goals by setting up intermediate targets/milestones

- Setting up processes and systems to ensure high quality of content produced by the team

- Assessing areas of training for the team and developing training modules to train people on developing good quality content

- Facilitating the dual flow of communication between the team and senior management

- Researching on learning & teaching methodologies through reading and sharing of academic journals, analyzing student performance data on questions, interacting with external subject experts, interacting with teachers and students for insights about students' learning.

- Driving the recruitment process ; creating the JD, formulate assignments, tests, filtering criteria, track progress on hiring and close position within acceptable timeframe, screening profiles shared by the HR team

- Mentoring new team members

Educational Qualifications:

- Graduates/PG with strong academic performance from top tier colleges in India and abroad

- Strong Academic leadership in K12
