Senior Manager - Consulting - Healthcare & Pharmacy Benefit Management

Primary Responsibilities:

- Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data

- Review the analysis and interpretation of others work

- Oversee ad-hoc client and operational reports developed and presented by others

- Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning

- Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through analysis

- Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes

- Deep grounding in Healthcare and Pharmacy Benefit Management space

- Exposure to Latin American market in Healthcare or PBM is a plus

- Strong Process Modeling skills supported by use of tools and extremely strong documentation skills including technical design documentation etc.

- Exposure to technology projects in the capacity of process management ownership, identification of manual interventions

- Strong project / program management skills a plus

- Extremely strong communication skills: verbal and written
