Purpose of the Job: The individual will be responsible for driving finance transformation for controller's organization across e-commerce group. Digitization, automation and adoption of new age tools like RPA, OCR, e-Invoicing and tools for reconciliation will be few of key areas of focus. Individual will lead another vertical for compliance, leading team handling key master definitions while being compliant of AML, AFAC, SOX. Key Responsibilities - - Executing Business Process Re-engineering projects relating to areas for accounting &amp; reporting. - Lead dedicated teams handling master data management for e-commerce group companies. Ensure all aspects of applicable laws like Anti Money Laundering, FCPA, etc are correctly applied. - Manage KYC, Compliance application for Vendor Master for the e-commerce Group. Perform validations &amp; ensure regulatory / company guidelines. - Engage with stakeholders including senior leadership in company across group and manage requirements relating to AML, FCPA, Anti-Corruption laws. - Work closely with IT functions within the group for driving projects. - While executing transactions, the individual should possess strong understanding in the areas of Financial applications. - Ensure all processes are operating efficiently and effectively. Lead in design/configuration and rolling out of new initiates for bringing productivity and efficiency in the process. - Understand the best practices of the industry and set up benchmark for quality. - Ensure appropriate policies, procedures, and internal controls are in place, documented, and operating as intended. - Manage internal and external audit requirements and will also ensure compliance with SoX requirements for assigned activities. - Actively participate in strategic initiatives and special projects when assigned or required. - Ability to analyse complex datasets and provide business inputs to management. - Expertise in handling large &amp; high data volumes. Qualification and Skillsets: - CA with at least 7-9 years of experience in a role handling CXO's Projects office, with the understanding of relevant laws mentioned. - Prior exposure of digitization &amp; automation in Finance - Strong in handling large teams with ability to groom &amp; retain talent - Eye for detail for operational activities. - Strong knowledge of Finance &amp; Accounting processes.
