Senior Manager - Compliance - PE/VC Firm

HRD India Consulting is a PE/VC & portfolio companies focused executive search firm.

One of our client a leading Private Equity fund is looking for a Senior Manager - Compliance within Business Finance team to manage entire compliance, taxation and other regulatory aspects of the fund.

- This role will manage international entities, permanent establishment act compliance etc.

- An ideal candidate will be a CA with excellent experience in compliances especially international regulatory, statutory & tax compliances.

- Must have either worked with a PE/VC firm directly or indirectly through Audit firm within the controllership, compliance, regulatory team. If the person comes form corporate compliance or related background than one must have permanent establishment act, Double tax avoidance agreement (DTAA) or similar acts experience.

- Role is based in Delhi with a leading PE fund.
