To ensure compliances with all the regulatory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (Mutual Fund) regulations and all other acts regulating the Mutual Fund &amp; the Asset Management Company - Investment limit monitoring - Help the department head to drive statutory compliance Pan India, investigate violations, suggest process improvements, conduct compliance training for all new hires - Ensure adherence to all compliances - Introduce industry best practices where necessary - Drafting offer documents / public notices/compliance&nbsp;reports - Good understanding of investment limits and excellent command on Quantis operations - Sound knowledge of all corporate laws and procedures - Good inter-personal, networking &amp; relationship management skills - Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure - Preferably Company Secretary &amp; / or Bachelors/Master's in Law
