Senior Manager - Compliance - Manufacturing Firm (12-15 yrs)
Senior Manager Compliance
- Provide pro-active Compliance support and leadership to the business
- Heading compliance and investigations
- Should be well conversant with Statutory/Regulatory/Internal compliance
- Identify emerging Compliance trends, including related regulatory and policy issues that may impact business' Compliance readiness and make appropriate recommendations
- Work with different business verticals to identify compliance/regulatory issues impacting the business and develop and implement engagement strategy
- Lead the roll-out and implementation of policy, regulatory excellence and other compliance initiatives, including identifying key critical-to-compliance needs and determining residual risk
- Manage eLCS (electronic legal compliance system)
- Replying to legal notices
- Lead investigations
- Litigation and advisor
