Senior Manager - Compliance - Life Insurance

Our Client is one of the leading Life Insurance Company based out of Mumbai-

Roles & Responsibilities include-

- Establishing an effective regulatory compliance framework,

- Conducting training and branch reviews from a compliance standpoint

- Managing regulatory change and policy documentation ( such as AML, CFT etc.) on a regular basis

- Building compliance monitoring systems, conducting compliance risk and apprise senior management the status of regulatory compliance

A successful candidate would -

- Typically have 7-10 years experience in a regulatory compliance domain, preferably a life insurance firm

- Have technical expertise in Insurance laws, IRDAI, FEMA, applicable RBI regulation, Prevention of Money Laundering Act etc.
