Senior Manager - Compliance & Ethics - Manufacturing (10-15 yrs)
- Assist in designing, planning, implementing and executing of a comprehensive Compliance & Ethics program and strategy.
- Oversee team operations and functions including Risk, Audit, Policy and Procedures, Training and Communications, and Incident Management.
- Advise internal stakeholders of potential compliance risk areas.
- Collaborate with and support leadership (e.g., Legal, Sales, Marketing, Operations and POPS) on compliance matters to ensure adherence with laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, best practices, and our internal Code of Conduct.
- Integrate compliance into day to day business activities and enable increased business ownership of activities with compliance risk.
- Chair and facilitate regular meetings of the Organizational Compliance Committee to engage cross-functional Compliance & Ethics ownership and accountability.
- Conduct Third Party Intermediary ( Vendors, Payment channels etc.) due diligence, investigations, and other vetting prior to contracting and onboarding in accordance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other global anti-corruption laws.
- Implement continuous improvement for the Compliance & Ethics department internal operations.
- Expertise in vigilance areas such as Retail Asset operation, Cash Management, Transaction Monitoring, Bank Account Reconciliations, Vendor relations, Vendor agreements and Internal Audits.
