Position : Sr. Manager - Compliance Experience : Candidate should be CA/Inter CA/CWA/Inter CWA with minimum 5-7 years of handling compliance role of large organization Location : Gurgaon CTC : 20 to 25 Lacs Job Description : - Responsible for developing compliance programs, reviewing company policies, and advising management on possible risks - Ensure that company's policies and procedures comply with regulatory and ethical standards. - Maintain regulatory knowledge & ensure all compliances are being followed by all departments - Prepares compliance data by compiling and analyzing internal & external information. - Conduct periodic internal reviews and/or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed - Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation - Prepare appropriate compliance reports with management and Board of directors - Identify & report irregularities - Discuss emerging compliance issues with management - Advice management and/or business partners on the implementation or operation of compliance programs - Provide assistance to internal and/or external auditors in compliance reviews - Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations & review progress - Monitor compliance systems to ensure their effectiveness - Report violations of compliance to appropriate authorities - Candidate should be Intelligent, hard-working, has to possess integrity and strong interpersonal skills. Should be able to drive & handle the profile independently. - Should have strong oral & written communication skills with the ability to present to senior board members of the Company.
