Senior Manager - Compliance Audit - 9+ Years - Delhi/NCR

The Senior Manager - Compliance will oversee regulatory reviews, ensure compliance under SEBI, and manage due diligence for insurance distribution partners. The role also focuses on building a compliance culture and managing ad-hoc projects within the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage Compliance Reviews: Design and execute compliance review programs, conduct independent reviews for corporate functions and third-party service providers, track and close compliance issues, and report to management committees.

2. Compliance under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations: Update and maintain the Code of Conduct for Access Persons, evaluate trade requests, and ensure adherence to the code.

3. Regulatory Inspections: Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth handling of regulatory inspections and observations.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 9+ years of experience in compliance management, with a focus on regulatory reviews and adherence to SEBI regulations.

2. Qualifications: CA/MBA.

3. Strong result-orientation with excellent communication and analytical skills.

4. Ability to work across departments, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and handle tight deadlines.
