Role - Compliance   Title Senior Manager / AVP   Reports to-Head of Compliance, Legal & Secretarial   Function Compliance, Legal & Secretarial   Responsibility Level-Mid Management   Works With   Key Responsibilities   Internal External - To ensure compliances with all the regulatory requirements under the Companies Act, 1956, SEBI (Mutual Fund) regulations and all other acts regulating the Mutual Fund & the Asset   Management Company  - Investment limit monitoring  - To convene the Board of Directors / Trustees / AGM / EGM / Audit Committee meetings including the preparation of agenda papers and drafting of minutes  - Maintaining the Statutory Registers of the company as required under the Companies Act. Preparing and filing of the various returns and forms with SEBI, RBI, Govt. authorities and other regulators  - Help the department head to drive statutory compliance pan India, investigate violations, suggest process improvements, conduct compliance training for all new hires  - Finance  - Operations  - Fund Mgt.   - Product  - Marketing  - Sales - Board of Directors & Trustees  - DHFL & Prudential Corporate Office  - SEBI / RoC / RBI   Key Performance Indicator Competencies Required Qualification Work Experience  - Ensure adherence to all compliances   - Introduce industry vest practices where necessary  - Drafting offer documents / public notices / compliance reports   - Coordination with Directors  - Ensure board meetings are held timely  - Ensure that the board meeting minutes are recorded accurately and promptly  - Good understanding of investment limits and excellent command on Quantis operations  - Sound knowledge of all corporate laws and procedures  - Good inter-personal, networking & relationship-management skills  - Self motivated, ability to work under pressure  - Preferably Company Secretary   - 8+ years  - Exp in Compliance / secretarial function in Asset Management space
