Senior Manager - Compensation Design - FMCG (5-8 yrs)
Senior Manager_Compensation Design with a leading FMCG, Bangalore.
- Would be responsible for Core compensation/Salary design
- Design and define the compensation guidelines and framework as per overall business objectives.
- Create and streamline the Total rewards policies and programs to drive business excellence and growth.
- Driving the annual compensation plan including budget plan, annual expenditure budgeting, salary planning as per competitive standards
- Harmonization and streamlining of existing benefits & policies after employee impact analysis, cost simulations and market benchmarking leading to a high quality of employee satisfaction.
- Able to create new designs/plans on its own.
- Analyzes, reviews and proposes a variety of compensation programs to senior leaders.
- Will be designing & developing for majorly Indian market.
- Communicates Compensation plans and programs information to assigned markets.
- Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects.
- Will be Working closely with business stakeholders.

- Should be Good communicator
