The organisation has been instrumental in setting up of various Greenfield projects across telecom, defence, oil & gas industries. They are looking at embarking on an ambitious growth trajectory, and are currently looking at recruiting Senior Manager Compensation & Benefits based out of their head office in Delhi.
Description
Reporting into the Head HR, your specific responsibilities will include:
- Creating & driving the compensation and benefits agenda for India market
- Creating and Innovating the Benefits to retain and attract talent for the organisation.
- Leading this compensation benchmarking exercise starting from Job Mapping, deciding the peer group, data analysis, benchmarking and creating pay ranges (Across Levels)
- Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills
