Job Description - An opportunity to lead the Comp & Ben function with a leading manufacturer of telecom devices reporting directly into Head HR

Client Details

Our client is one of the fastest growing telecom infrastructure equipment's manufacturer company. The organisation has been instrumental in setting up of various Greenfield projects across telecom, defence, oil & gas industries. They are looking at embarking on an ambitious growth trajectory, and are currently looking at recruiting Senior Manager Compensation & Benefits based out of their head office in Delhi.

Description

Reporting into the Head HR, your specific responsibilities will include:

- Creating & driving the compensation and benefits agenda for India market

- Doing a compensation benchmarking externally for the organisation and comparing it across various industries and geography

- Creating and Innovating the Benefits to retain and attract talent for the organisation.

- Reviewing & proposing changes to compensation packages and components bonuses in line with the market

- Leading this compensation benchmarking exercise starting from Job Mapping, deciding the peer group, data analysis, benchmarking and creating pay ranges (Across Levels)

Profile

- Candidates with 7 -12 years of strong experience in Human Resource Comp & Ben function

- Candidate must have worked in a complex environment with hands on experience in creating and implementation of policies

- Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills
