It is a major part of one of the largest Telecom organization with manpower of over 5000 employees in Pan India.  Job Role:  - Design, develop and deploy processes and policies for managing Total Rewards in the organization, with the objective of creating a performance differentiation and maintaining a competitive market positioning.  - The position works closely with the Head - OD to drive the design and implementation of effective HR solutions for business through various organizational development initiatives and market best practices.  - We are looking for women candidates with expertise on Compensation Benchmarking, Stakeholder Management and open to an Individual role.  Key Responsibilities:  Design and Deployment of Total Rewards:  - Ensure that the compensation/benefits practices are consistent with the defined corporate guidelines.  - Define compensation-linked strategies and policies to attract and retain talent and create a culture of high performance.  - Create and implement frameworks for differentiated benefits and rewards policy for retention of high performers.  - Conduct compensation survey to gauge market trends and redefine our salary ranges and compensation guidelines to ensure competitiveness.  - Design Rewards & Recognition programs at National / Circle level.  Other Responsibilities:  - Extend implementation support for the Performance Management Process:  - Provide necessary technical / process guidance and support to the business HR team / circle HR Team and Functional Managers for implementation of the performance management system.  OD and Culture building initiatives:  - Drive a culture of productivity through market benchmarking of practices in other comparator organizations and help establish competitive productivity norms.  - Conduct external benchmarking for various aspects of HR to ensure industry best practices are considered while designing new initiatives.  Desired Skills & Expertise:  1. Must be a MBA with over 6 years of HR function exposure with strong focus on Compensation & Benefits.  2. Proven ability to develop solutions to business problems and excellent follow up skills.  3. Should have expertise in Competitive Compensation Benchmarking.  4. Exposure of handling internal stakeholder would be preferred.  5. Strong Analytical thinker and Interpersonal skills with ability to facilitate a unified work environment.
