Job Description:
Would be responsible for researching, gathering, and analyzing data to find out appropriate salary level and job title for aimed new positions.
- Would assist in the execution and administration and providing analytical support to for a variety of compensation policies and programs.
- Should have experience in developing appropriate job descriptions and maintaining a website for accessing compensation information and job descriptions.
- Would also be required to conduct salary surveys and participating in them, interpreting salary data, performing analysis.

- Provides clear and consistent information, uses appropriate approach when interacting with different customer groups, attends to messages from others, correctly interprets them and responds appropriately
