Job Description:

Would be responsible for researching, gathering, and analyzing data to find out appropriate salary level and job title for aimed new positions.

- Would assist in the execution and administration and providing analytical support to for a variety of compensation policies and programs.

- Should have experience in developing appropriate job descriptions and maintaining a website for accessing compensation information and job descriptions.

- Would also be required to conduct salary surveys and participating in them, interpreting salary data, performing analysis.

Focus :

- Demonstrates a systematic work approach, shows attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

- Provides clear and consistent information, uses appropriate approach when interacting with different customer groups, attends to messages from others, correctly interprets them and responds appropriately

- Continually re-assesses priorities and allocates time accordingly, understands and complies with deadlines

- Innovation - Interacts with at all business levels and suggests improvements to HR processes and services to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

People :

- Demonstrates sensitivity in dealing with confidential, personal data

- Performs effectively under pressure

Performance :

- Has a clear ability to work independently, performs effectively under pressure and meets agreed deadlines

- Shows flexibility, effectively prioritizes workload and is committed to continuously deliver a high performance
