Senior Manager - Compensation & Benefits/Payroll - Retail/Manufacturing Firm (8-13 yrs)
Looking for a C&B specialist for a Retail company to be based in Bangalore.
Responsibilities :
- Managing Operations related to C&B.
- Conduct benchmarking surveys to understand best practices and emerging competitive trends related to Compensation & Benefits.
- Conduct, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications.
- Evaluating existing C&B programs and to ensure they are within compliance.
- Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package.
- Will also Oversee Payroll management:
- Supervise and ensure smooth functioning of attendance process & Leave Management.
- To assist timely processing & payout of Bonus, Variable Pay, Incentives & Service Bonus.
