We are looking for a Lead HR - Performance & Rewards

Job Description

A) Design, Execute and run Compensation and Rewards practices across Pay, STI, LTI programs

B) Change Management of interventions 

C) Management of budget and quality of output from stakeholders 

D) Managing an ecosystem of partners in the discharge of the services. 

Essential Qualifications:

Min 7+ years of experience in the function with a min of 2 years as in the capacity of a Team Leader/Function lead. Experiences of having run a min of 5+ program cycles. Experiences or exposure to the SaaS/PaaS technology startups would be preferred.
