Job Responsibilities :

Daily responsibilities and duties of compensation & benefits and Analytics team member organized by HR area include:

Compensation

- Assessing the organization's pay structures, highlighting and correcting the anomalies (if any)

- Monitoring the salaries being offered to the new employees against the defined hiring grid

- Researching compensation trends and preparing the data compensation surveys

- Maintaining the historical data related to promotions, ctc changes and role movements

- Making recommendations based on data analysis

- Administering the organization's Incentive policies

- Coordinating with product teams for timely payout out of incentives

- Researching and analyzing benefits plans, programs, and policies

- Making recommendations based on data analysis

Job Analysis

- Writing and revising job descriptions
