Senior Manager - Compensation & Benefits - NBFC (6-8 yrs)
Position based with a large NBFC in Delhi.
Job Purpose :
Responsible for overseeing Organization pay structure, monitor market conditions and government regulations to ensure that pay rates are current and competitive. Administer company's employee benefits program. Validate & supervise end to end payroll and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) for the entire Company
Job Role:
- Design end to end compensation and benefits structure, strategies and policies that strengthen business goals
- End to End Compensation Planning - Budgeting
- Overall responsible of Benefits - refreshing the benefits & policies as per the market
- End to End managing Payroll - Two legal entities
- HR Data Analytics - Dash board , Analytics , MIS reports , Local and Global
- Reward & Recognition - Local recognition , tenure based , performance based rewards and retentions plans
- Sales & Production incentive plans and exposure
