Role Summary :
The position supports all of the businesses in India, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the Middle East and leads business managers in the activity of linking C&B to the success and strength of the organization.
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE PROFILE :
- 8+ years demonstrated global C&B analysis, design, and administration experience required.
- Experience in benefits plan design and administration
- Knowledge of Sales Incentive Plan design and administration
- Good understanding of equity including use in global organizations
- Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze statistical data and develop recommendations
- Strong communication and consulting skills;
- Relationship builder with international skills and can do attitude
- SAP knowledge/experience preferred
