- Undertaking various market benchmarking surveys with multiple vendors across the year (Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Aon Hewitt, Alan Jones, HR Survey Solutions, Radford, etc.) in order to create a robust compensation database

Built and implemented the internal job grading structure .

- Leading the annual and midyear compensation planning cycles while managing stakeholders across the globe

Benchmarking all employee benefits across all APAC countries in order to be market competitive

Reducing costs and managing all C&B projects within budgets by successfully negotiating for additional discounts, getting customized anchors of pay, receiving market/industry insights at discounted commercials

- Compensation bench marking

- Annual appraisal process

- Payroll processing Monthly & Post Appraisal salary

- Compensation surveys

- Maintain track of compensation of the employees

- Quarterly, half yearly & annual incentive payout
