Job Description :
- Driving the Compensation Budget for Annual Compensation Review exercise. Monitoring the Employee Cost budget.
- Designing & administering various - Performance Linked Plans- , Bonus, payouts, incentive schemes etc .
- Salary Surveys, Salary Bench-marking exercises.
- Manpower Budgeting, Forecasting. Monitoring the Employee Cost budget.
- Designing & implementing Compensation Structure .
- SPOC for all surveys conducted by Consulting firms.
- Partnering with the HR Team and Delivery Functions: (1) to communicate & administer the compensation plans, (2) to gather intelligence/feedback for further improvements, (3) handling queries related to Compensation & Benefits, etc.
Rewards and recognition, total rewards, C & B strategy, Salary Revisions & Restructurings
Interim salary revisions and corrections, Bonus and variables payouts, Change Management Programs- Salary Restructuring, Gratuity Scheme etc ...
