Job Description :
- SPOC for Budget Control & Process Excellence
- Support BU HR & Site HR in preparation of Annual Budgets & Quarterly Budgets for the BU Payroll and providing monthly Usage Variance Analysis for HR
- To be a Custodian of Budgets and provide inputs to BU HR, Site HR & HRBPs for timely and accurate decision making.
Master Data Manager
- To generate Monthly & Quarterly HR Reports
- Monthly payroll processing (Not India)
Centre of Excellence for the Function for :
- Manpower Power Planning and Organisation Structuring
- HR Automation
- Tool Administration for Performance Management System (PMS) and spooling reports
Profile :
- 8-12 years od strong experience in managing Compensation and benefits and HR operations
- Very strong understanding of HRIS, HR systems and HR automation
- Experience in HR analytics and SAP HR
- Have pharmaceutical industry + consulting experience
- Strong communication and analytical skills
