Our Client is US Based firm in the space of Consumer Durables, Manufacturing etc, based near the Manesar Toll.
Key Responsibility
- Manage the Compensation & benefits for all employees across India.
- Manage compensation structure in the organization (grading system, job mapping & evaluation system, promotion policy, etc) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values.
- Participates in global projects related to Compensation & Benefits.
- Coordinates & Manages annual salary planning & review, Incentives & bonuses.
- Responsible for payroll for the organization with the vendor (ADP).
- Sole point of contact for expat C&B.
- Manage analytics related to C&B including planning & budgeting.
- Liason with internal & external stakeholders for smooth functioning of C&B.
- Work with vendors for all compliances related to C&B for the organization.
- Benefits management (PF/ Gratuity)
- Responsible for maintaining required MIS for employees for HRMS.
- Responsible for audits related to C&B.
Specific Skills Required :
- Experience in working in an ERP environment like HR workday.
- Excellent HR Analytical skills
Qualification / Experience
- Qualifications: MBA from a Premier B-School
- 7-12 years of experience
CTC Offered :- INR 18-24 Lacs
