Our Client is one of India's fastest growing Fintech firms. On track to become a Unicorn - we require a C&B specialist- who will design and execute programs to attract and retain some of the most "wanted" talent in the country
Key Result Areas :
- Market Intelligence- Work with other stakeholders like Talent Acquisition to create market benchmarks on functions and key roles / levels
- Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Anchor vendors and finance team for creation and implementation of benefit programmes
- Identify industry defining C&B policies and practices and explain them to the top management and implement them
- Work on Wealth Creation Policies like ESOPS, Long term incentive programmes across the hierarchy and functions
- Developing profit-sharing, incentive, employee wellness, and give inputs to the performance management programs.
- Preparing Budgets, Reports and Dashboards to analyse
- Productivity and Performance vis a vis Salary budgets
Person Profile :
- MBA from a premier institute with atleast 6 years experience
- Experience in working in a startup with Wealth creation/ ESOP programmes is essential- Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
- Exceptional Stakeholder management skills - Convincing CXO level folks to implement innovative C&B programmes as well as working with vendors and internal stakeholders in HR and Finance
