- Developing the Campus Hiring strategy to recruit from Tier 1 and Tier II colleges

- Worked on creating a Rewards Strategy framework and introduced flexi salary structure for employees

- Working on co-evolving different frameworks as a strategic step to partner with business in its goal to reduce churning at the bottom of the pyramid - Retention

- Conduct Compensation Benchmarking study in close association with Mercer and Aon Hewitt

- Talent Management & Engagement through well communicated and clear career plans for employees in different function across levels - Succession Planning, Job Shadowing

- Drive line manager ownership of people development; movement from HR driven Processes to Business Owned processes.

- Partner with business heads in conducting training need analysis of employees and suggesting suitable interventions such as Job Rotation, Role Enlargement, Trainings etc.

- Own Performance Management cycle; partner with business teams to transcend employee assessment process to a level of objectivity and fairness, building a culture of performance based on merit
