Senior Manager - Compensation & Benefits - Digital Media Domain - Mobile Entertainment & Sound Industry (8-12 yrs)
We are hiring for a leading MNC in mobile entertainment and sound for carriers across the globe.
Must have exposure to Statutory compliance Latin America (Brazil etc)
Job Description:
- Anchor compensation fitment, deputation salary structuring, deputy allowance/cost of living, base employee/local employee's salary fitment, hiring ranges etc for Global regions
- Managing competitive pay ranges for job families considering internal and external parity (through job mapping and benchmarking) across multiple Business Units and Entities
- Responsible for Statutory compliance and due diligence of local regulations in international Geos. Annual performance and remuneration review aligned with global guidelines
- Design and implement various compensation and benefits policies related to working time, leaves, deputy allowance policy, business expense, per diem, bonus etc for international goes based on business requirement.
- Conduct HR due diligence in M&A projects and provide recommendations to ensure smooth, aligned and timely integration
- Design and implementation of benefit packages through benchmarking and alignment with the company culture and philosophy
- Manage benefits vendors to ensure hassle-free service delivery of various benefit programs and ensure effective employee experience while keeping the cost low
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices. Also to conduct periodic audits and prepare reports for the respective Geos
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (Pay equity, human rights etc)
- Manage global insurance and employee wellness programme
Operations :
- Global Payroll (Working experience with vendors)
- Benefits Administration (on leave policy, Attendance reports etc)
- Compensation Administration (should have worked on calculations for Variable Pay, Bonus)
Compensation & Benefits :
- Expat relocation (what have they done)
- New country set ups (Mergers and Acquisitions)
- Prepare compensation ranges
- Benefits Analysis (Market ranges)
- Insurance Analysis
- Design new policies for any regions including Latin America
Compliance :
- Employment contracts for Fixed Time Employees (FTE), Consultants
- Statutory benefits
- Statutory deductions (Social Security, PF)
