Annual performance and remuneration review aligned with global guidelines   - Design and implement various compensation and benefits policies related to working time, leaves, deputy allowance policy, business expense, per diem, bonus etc for international goes based on business requirement.   - Conduct HR due diligence in M&A projects and provide recommendations to ensure smooth, aligned and timely integration   - Design and implementation of benefit packages through benchmarking and alignment with the company culture and philosophy   - Manage benefits vendors to ensure hassle-free service delivery of various benefit programs and ensure effective employee experience while keeping the cost low   - Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices. Also to conduct periodic audits and prepare reports for the respective Geos   - Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (Pay equity, human rights etc)   - Manage global insurance and employee wellness programme
