- Design compensation ranges for various lines of business.

- Create and analyze job description.

- Participate in salary and benefits benchmarking analysis.

- Designing reports and recommendations based on research and data analysis.

- Designing and reviewing company policies in line with market best practices.

- Extensive Working knowledge of PMS; should have a fair understanding of Manpower planning.

- Hands on experience with HR analytics / dashboarding.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Well versed with excel and powerpoint.

- Coordinating with Business Head.
