Job Description :
- To support the Rewards team in the Annual Compensation Review and other reward assignments
- To support in the sub-processes, Executive Remuneration review, policy communication
- To design the Variable Pay Processes and review/update on periodic basis
- To support LTIP rollout and communication to the employees in the business
- To support in the Global Mobility Project which entails developing Mobility Value proposition, framework development and designing of customized policies basis the different segment within mobility
