Senior Manager - Compensation & Benefits - APAC - IT (8-12 yrs)

Designation/Title: Sr Manager Compensation & Benefits (India & APAC)

Purpose: Develop, implement, govern and manage local Compensation & Benefits systems, programmes and processes for assigned countries. Participate in the development, implementation, governance and management of global Compensation & Benefits tools, programmes and processes. Work to facilitate processes ensuring our associates are paid competitively and meet needs across all generations to create moments that matter and reasons to join and stay.

Key Responsibilities - 

Merit increases and Provisioning

- Share details for provisioning including any additional details required by actuaries

- Actively participate in budgeting and recommendations for merit increases

- Manage the merit increase process for assigned Geographies/Units end to end including communications and awareness sessions for business HR partners and business leaders

Banding & Benchmarking

- Purchase and manage local surveys and create compensation benchmark for a position or a group of positions.

- Advise and consult with HR Business Partners as well as Business Leaders on the basis of the results.

- Create comp package proposals, consult and advise on banding as required

- Prepare and propose salary bands per assigned countries

Executive Compensation

- Facilitate and implement executive compensation, related programs and processes including related long term incentive plans

Variable Pay/Bonus Programme

- Facilitate end to end management including participation in design, communication with all stakeholders

- Collection and communication of achievement results

Benefits

- Benchmark and identify innovative benefits

- Design, review and monitor communication and implementation of benefit programmes ensuring appropriate balancing of associate experience and cost impact

Design:

- Define, design and maintain local Compensation, Benefits concepts and policies within global frameworks, including creation and updating policy documents as well as input for works council/related agreements where applicable

- Implement, improve, communicate local Compensation, Benefits

- Contribute to definition of Global Compensation, Benefits programs and projects including due diligence and related support for any mergers and acquisitions

- Collaborate with HR Services to enable excellent administration of Compensation, Benefit policies, tools and processes.

Data Reporting and Analysis

- Define and execute local and functional reports.

- Refine standardized reports to relevant analysis

Training, Communication and Change Management

- Design and execute change management concepts for local, strategic and global Compensation and Benefits programs

- Provide technical and process trainings to HR where applicable

- Create, Prepare, deliver local/individual communication on global, local and strategic

- Team Management - Oversee design and operations team reporting in to the role engaging them, facilitating development and ensuring team deliverables are met.

Education and Experience:

- Master's in Business Administration or related

- Minimum of 8+ years of overall work experience within Rewards

- Strong Project Management and process design experience

- Experience working in an international and matrix environment

- High level of affinity to and experience with Business computing solutions
