Sr Manager - Comp & Benefits for a large organisation in with head-office Delhi/ NCR. Position works out from their HO and reports to Head of HR. We are looking for seasoned Comp & Benefits professionals with minimum 10 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities are :
- India Comp & Benefits strategy in line with business plans
- Planning for Total Rewards to ensure motivation and retention of key talent
- Market surveys and trends to align the total rewards proposition to the competetion and markets
- Internal & external parity in compensation based on job evaluations
- Incentives and long term bonuses planning
- Support talent management initiatives through innovative compensation plans
