Position : Senior Manager - CS-Compliance

Experience : 8+ yrs of RBI compliance handling with Auditor handling experience.

JD :-

Getting Clearance (NOC) from RBI for Company for making application for Prepaid Instrument License and drafting the application and submission thereof with Central office RBI

- Aadhaar Masking implementation in organization in line with RBI KYC Master Direction.

- Anti Money laundering monitoring system implementation for gold and other products in line with PMLA guidelines

- Handled Compliance of Gold Loan Company including improvement in auction process and policies inline with regulatory policies.

- Handled Post merger RBI Compliances

- Made application to RBI for obtaining branch approval and obtained the same.

- Preparation various Note for getting opinion and SOP for different product.

- Implementation of ML/TF screening across all products at the time of onboarding of customer through ALM Vendor.

- Handled RBI Scrutiny related to branch and on escalation of customer complaint.

- Handled RBI Moratorium related compliances.

- Digital Lending related :

- Assessment of existing process for Digital finance product in terms of new requirement issued by RBI .

- Advised the product team regarding adhere verification, digital /video KYC and obtaining credit score by fintech partner from NBFC's from Regulatory compliance point of view

- Revisited the application form and agreement to make it in line with extant applicable regulatory guidelines

- Ensured to have proper AML /TF checks while onboarding the customer by fintech partner.
