Senior Manager - Company Secretarial - IT/Telecom/KPO

Role purpose :

- To lead and manage the Corporate Secretarial function and the Holding Companies aligned and departmental goals while maintaining appropriate transparency and self-regulation in line with statutory requirements and expectations of the Company way .

- To ensure full compliance with respect to the entity level statutory compliances expected out of the Corporate Secretarial function.
