Senior Manager - Communication & Design - Education (7-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Communication:
- Responsible for complete Marketing Communication function- app, web, digital ads, videos etc. Trigger based communication to stimulate action, & Planned communication as per segments & profile
Graphic - Communication for Own, Earned & Paid media - Web, app, mails, ads - google| FB
Video - YouTube Ads, Fb Ads, Tiktok Ads, Testimonials, success stories, product launches
Copy/content - Blogs, emails, SEO, SMS, Brochure, Push notifications, articles etc.
2. Graphic Design:
- Supervise a team and oversee the creation of designs, concepts and layouts.
- Supervising and executing activities including creation of computer graphics, web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, brochures and many other forms of visual communication
- Complete the project work within the timeline and estimated budget
- People Management: Lead, train and mentor a team of Design and Marketing Communication professionals.
Lead relationship with external brand and creative agency partners.
Required Skills :
- Master's in Business Administration or a specialization in branding & communication, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in brand and digital management.
- Experience in managing communication teams with proven track record of working across multiple streams and delivering projects under tough timelines
- Ability to set and measure quantitative targets for himself/herself and the team across the marketing channel
- Creativity, ability to think beyond what competitors and other ed- tech players are doing to introduce a competitive edge for Gradeup
- Excellent Communication skills - able to take complex information and effectively communicate both in verbal as well as visual formats
- Obsession over quality of work
- Strong problem-solving abilities
Must Have:
- Start-up experience
- Strong in operations
- Team Management experience required
