Sr Manager - Commercial - Steel

1. Position reports to :

- VP-Commercial & Purchase

- Engineer or CA, Cost accountancy with 12-18 Years experience in bulk procurement, preferably from Steel industry, additional Import-Export qualification or MBA will be good

- Filing refund application for Imported Iron ore at Port

2. Facilitation of import : Source identification, negotiation, contracting, LC documentation follow up, Shipment scheduling, Plant coordination, Custom compliance, File closure

3. Compilation of document for Customs related matters of Imported Iron ore

4. Sourcing of iron ore: Developing new sources, sustaining existing one with most economical landed prices

5. Vendor reconciliation and recovery

6. Monthly presentation of iron ore

7. Documents preparation related to E auction for NMDC&SAIL

8. Annual Business Plan preparation for Iron Ore

9. Monthly procurement plan and balancing

10. Landed cost analysis and make contribution to development of dashboard

11. Team management
