Senior Manager - Commercial - FMCG (7-10 yrs)

Role Summary:- Candidate will be responsible for supervising the Commercial operations, Statutory compliance, claims management and other commercial activities for North, East & South & managing West zone individually.

Reporting to:- CFO

Reportese:- 3 RCM

No of Position:-1

Experience:- 8-10 years in Managing Commercial activities from FMCG/FMCD companies

Qualification:- MBA/ICWAI/CA

Location:- Mumbai Location

CTC: - Depend on Current CTC

Essence of Role - Key Accountability

CFA Operations

- Looking after CFA's Operations which includes arrangement for proper and timely invoicing, goods delivery mechanism, proper documentation as per VAT & other laws for all the regions

- Monitoring stocks movement and providing information to Management regarding stock levels. Follow up for clearing the slow moving stock

- Depots Audit in respect of commercial policies of company and periodic physical verification of stock

Statutory compliance

- Looking after VAT Compliances which includes Payments and filing of returns, coordination of assessments etc

- Looking after ESIC Compliances which includes Payments and filing of returns etc

- Liasioning with various tax and government authorities and banks

Stockist & Claim Management

- Monitoring Account Receivable of Region

- Monitoring secondary & replacement claims of stockist

- Monitoring MIS report - Budget Vs Actual utilization of secondary scheme budgets

- Ensuring to obtain No due certificate from running stockiest after each quarter close

- Monitoring and follow up for implementation of RTGS/ NEFT system

Regional Commercial Activities - West

- Monitoring Branch Imprest, C&FA Payments, Freight Payments, Employee Travel Expense Payments

- Handling internal & Statutory Audit

- Ensuring timely Monthly closing and reporting

- Providing information to HRD regarding new Appointment & resignation of old employees
