Profile:
- Validation and timely payment of retailer/distributor pay-out
- Improvement in claim and pay-out mechanism to make faster and controlled pay-out in market
- Educating customers and vendors about GST
- Financial evaluation of new and existing distributors
- Credit control and getting quarterly distributor NOCs
- Analysis of Leakage and Damages
- Compliances to commercial and financial policies
- Recommending changes in policies to enhance controls and ease of doing business
- Distributor audits
- Driving distributor conversion to channel finance and NACH
- Stabilisation and support to distributors on commercial modules of new distributor billing software
- Commercial control on warehouse operations
- Planning and managing warehouse relocations
- Negotiation on rates with secondary transporters/landlords and CFAs manging depots
- Controlling and analysing variances because variable selling and fixed overhead costs for the division
- Correct provisioning of discount and spends at month end
- Procurement and rate negotiation of goods and services as apart of Fixed overhead and sales led initiatives
- Management of fixed assets
- Stabilisation of outsourced AP and AR operating through third party service provider
- Vendor and customer reconciliation under GST
