Senior Manager - Commercial - EPC - CA

Looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) to Lead Commercial dept and supervise all commercial activities for the business.

- Experience in Statutory Compliances

- Responsible for Direct and Indirect tax assessment

- Reduction in Working Capital and Enhancement of Cash-Positive Operations

- Bid Preparation and Strategic Support for New Business Acquisition

KRA:

- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for business growth.

- Negotiate contracts and set competitive pricing strategies.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Oversee budget management and financial performance within the commercial function.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to align commercial strategies with company goals (Finance, Accounts, Tax, IT, Legal & Secretarial, HR).
