Commercial Evaluation (Business Performance Analysis & Reporting):

- Designing Business Cases and Financial Validation Notes for

- Products and Services (New Products and Existing Products)

- Capital Expenditure (New Projects and Expansion on Existing Investments)

- Operating Expenses where required

- Evaluation of commercial proposals from 14 OPCOs and preparing a standard validation note for proposal with recommendations.

- And making recommendations of the decisions to management based on the output from the business cases and commercial considerations

Business Analysis:

Developing Business Analytics for:

- Pre and Post Launch of products and Services to give insights to management for decision making

- Profitability of products and services highlighting areas of concern where price optimization is required

- Product Benchmarking for the markets in which the company Operates

- Capital Expenditure Analysis to give insights to the business on Capital Productivity for the Markets in which we operate.

Reporting:

- Key performance indicators across all the Functions daily basis, highlighting key concerns to them timely

- Key business drivers and their performance to the management on a monthly basis.

- Doing post launch analysis of products & identifying reasons for variances and highlighting it to management.

- Benchmarking KPIs across all the 14 OPCOs.

- To engage with OPCO teams for driving closure of activities identified to improve financial performance of the business.

- Identifying the opportunities automation and process re-engineering.
