Senior Manager Collection

Objective :

Responsible for working with key business stakeholders to design and develop and manage Collection and dunning systems & Payment Gateway Integration . Responsibilities will include technical leadership of managing entire system for collection cycle

Major Deliverables :

1. Work with various stakeholders in gathering requirement and analysis

2. Responsible for design and development of solutions for Collections as per the changing business needs, integrating with Payment Gateways, Banking channels as per evolving technological changes

3. Responsible for creating Proof of Concept (PoC) and provide recommendation

4. Responsible for integrating Invoicing systems to collection system and ensure collection and dunning policies are built into the solution

5. Responsible for effort verification/optimization and coordination with partners for solution delivery

6. Coordinate with Testing and production team for rollout

7. Interface with business team and process owners to satisfy changing market needs for innovative solutions around collections and payments

8. Exercise creativity in the design, development, or improvement of existing processes and driving management of change

9. Strong understanding of telecom billing cycles, collection and dunning systems

10. Experience in SDLC process and agile methodologies
