Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the collections process for SME clients to ensure efficient debt recovery, adherence to compliance, and improved operational performance.

- Develop, implement, and optimize collections strategies for SMEs, improving recovery rates. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging data-driven strategies to enhance collections outcomes.

- Set up processes for robust collections across buckets to cater to a growing and maturing book.

- Set payment collection goals and targets for the department, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Candidate Details

- 5-15 years of experience in SME loan Collections (flows bucket)

- Adept in setting up processes and strategy for efficient collections processes

- Proficiency in data analysis, preparing strategies and reporting tools

- Must be a self-starter and have the ability to take initiatives independently
