Senior Manager - Collection Strategy - Business Loan - NBFC (3-6 yrs)
Key accountabilities
- Should have experience in End to End management of collections contests
- Responsible for the development, monitoring and implementation of Loans Collections strategies, driving incremental & step change improvements
- Portfolio analysis and developing strategic tools for portfolio segmentation
- Identify and deliver improvements to the range of account treatment and negotiation options available to collection agents
- Capacity planning and Cost analysis.
- Represent Loans Credit Risk on Products / Product initiatives; enable the delivery of projects whilst ensuring Credit Risk critical success factors are met
- Build and develop fully value segmented collection strategies and collection processes
- Deliver detailed financial and behavioural trend analysis, and produce robust projections
- Develop and implement policy to maximise returns and manage financial difficulty
- Integrating customer service and Sales as additional support for collections in the early bucket and fresh disbursed loans
- Liaise closely with key stakeholders to ensure that Collections Credit Risk requirements are considered
- Manage production of insightful and timely MI to inform Senior Management
- Managing MIS and automation of dashboards
