Senior Manager - Collection - Account Receivables (5-18 yrs)
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (AOR)/KPI SUCCESS INDICATORS:
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE:
- Ownership for collections and billing
- Custodian of SOPs
- Ownership of monthly report to management
- Ensures SLAs for the process are met as agreed upon with the client
- Ensures process compliance with all business rules and regulatory directives, and adherence to all operational processes and procedures.
- Reviews and analyzes performance reports against targets on a regular basis
- Understands client's processes and suggest modes of value addition
- Responsible for End to end deliverables of the tasks assigned
TEAM MANAGEMENT:
- Development & building of teams on the region.
- Execute development and roll-out of domain training programs internally in partnership with HR in order to build competency.
PROCESS EFFICIENCY & EXPECTATIONS:
- Dashboard/ progress of new and existing projects.
- Process Improvement and Transformation.
- Improve domain specific process efficiency and effectiveness in order to enhance productivity.
- Management of escalations / queries.
- Participates in client / internal review calls and handles escalations
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE:
- Compliance with the SLA
- Managing clients expectation
- Project revenue
- Engagement/ C-SAT
- Lead in Audit-SSAE
Regional ownership for:
- Operational deliverables
- Monthly reports as per agreement with client

- Attrition control
- E-SAT
PROCESS EFFICIENCY & EXPECTATIONS:
- Minimal escalations
- Quality / Accuracy & On time delivery of projects
