We have urgent opening for Senior Manager / Cluster Head - Sales & BD (Global Engineering Services) for Top Company.

Position : Senior Manager / Cluster Head - Sales & BD (Global Engineering Services)

Experience: 12+ Yrs

Location : Navi Mumbai - Mahape

Requirements:

- About 12 years experience in Control & Automation Industry out of which minimum 5 years in Sales and Business Development of Automation Solutions. Person who has worked initially in technical field and then moved to Business Development activity will be preferred.

- Good acumen of Services & Solutions Sales and Business Development. Good Negotiation, Client Management, Communication & Presentation Skills.

- Dispute Resolution, Task prioritization, Sales planning, forecasting, Strategy development & implementation.

- Experience in Selling Engineering Services to International market such as Europe, US etc.is must

Responsibilities

- Sales & Business Development for the Global Engineering Services in the Europe, US & Africa market.

Some of the key activities will be as follows:

- Understanding customer requirements in detail including technical details as well as budget - time - delivery requirements.

- Coordinating with delivery center heads at Mumbai / Pune to get most optimum costing so as to meet customer requirements and desired margins.

- Support regional heads in UK, US, Middle East in winning projects.

- Coordination with Clients & HR in sourcing required skills on - Just In Time-

- Decide on pricing strategy in consultation with Head & regional heads.

- Give requirements - suggestions to marketing team.

- Payment - Receivable follow-up

- Client Relationship Management to Ensure high degree of client satisfaction. 


Some of the key requirements are:

- Prompt responsiveness on 24 x 7 basis.

- Properly Understanding customer requirements & Expectations.

- Ensure effective coordination between Delivery Team and Customer.

KRAs:

- Meeting Sales & Margin targets for Engineering Services business.

- Number of new accounts generated.

- Market Penetration, Order Closure, and payment collection.

- Demonstrating high level of initiatives, energy and enthusiasm.

Position reporting to: Vice President
