Senior Manager - Climate Change/Circular Economy - Environment & Sustainability Services

Reporting to the DGM - Environment and Sustainability Services, you will be responsible for:

Circular Economy :

- Driving the concept of circular economy within the organization, with emphasis on water; this will entail developing common framework, metrics, and guidance around water stewardship

- Providing advisory support to the company in achieving water neutrality goal in the medium term

- Understanding the implication of climate hazard on water availability in future

- Keeping abreast with best available technologies, policies, and working in the fresh-water management space

- Representing the company on various public policy advocacy platforms

Climate Change :

- Providing advisory support and planning, designing and developing strategy for actions for environmental stewardship.

- Defining internal controls and measurement systems in alignment with company's broader business strategy.

- Measuring progress against strategies, objectives and performance targets.

- Designing, developing and imparting training to build capability and capacity on emerging sustainability themes

- Identifying emerging environmental trends most likely to affect the organization

- Generating insights on the latest regulations, technologies new practices and processes

- Facilitating and enabling change within the company through communication campaigns
