Senior Manager - Client Servicing - Event Business

An event management company baased out of Okhla New Delhi is looking for Sr Manager - Client Servicing.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Maintain per project profitability, Up selling to increase revenue, timely billing and collections

- Servicing existing clients and increase revenue, generate leads and generate fresh business

- Seamless client interfacing, develop and drive effective business development strategies based on client-specific value proposition

- Understand Client's requirement, and presenting apt proposals to meet and exceed client's expectation

- Maintaining detailed checklist, event flows, coordinate AV production, creating cost sheets & estimates

- Supervise the smooth execution of the event, coordinating between internal and external stakeholders

- Focus on self-development and share best practices with the team

- Maintains clear verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders

- Creative in thought, Solutions oriented, open to experimentation and new ideas

- Clarity of thought and expression, able to integrate and synthesize existing knowledge into new ideas
