Sr. Manager - Client Servicing
The role involves managing B2B client servicing. Should have worked in IT and Hi-tech industry experience. Should have client servicing experience and preferably exposure to outbound sales. Should have exposure of service delivery and operations.
Role involves
- Maintain high performing client service support functions to the sales team
- Monitor, control and support service delivery; ensuring processes, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed.
- Champion Service and Support in projects and developing a strong understanding of projects impacting the service area and ensuring total service impact is minimized.
- Accountable for the quality of Services and performance, drive internal service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes.
- Manage clients end to end
- Provide regular and accurate management reporting
- Effectively deliver/manage Staff Management including recruitment, mentoring, training, target setting and performance assessment.
