Senior Manager - City Operations - Skinnsi (3-7 yrs)
This role will entail of Sales and Operations Planning on a City level.
Planning & Coordination:
- Responsible for the P&L of the city
- Hiring therapist & riders based on hub level demand and supply
- Driving projects at the city level which are initiated by the central team
- Updating the management team with progress, challenges and developments on a periodic basis.
Sales:
- Tracking of input metrics of the sales and operations team
- Supporting the team with the right sales process for increasing conversions
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
Operations:
- Ensure the city day to day operations is running smoothly and in a cost-efficient way
- Develop and Implement processes to deliver a positive customer experience
- Ensure optimum utilization of therapist and machines
- Solving customer escalation within the stipulated time
- Ensure achievement of timeline commitments and cost control
