Senior Manager Equity Research & Operations(COS)

A leading Investment Firms / Family office looking for a Chief of Staff/ Operations/ Head Equity Research. (A Multi hatted role)

- Looking for a hustler to act as an adviser to the CEO/ management, facilitate effective decision-making + hands-on Equity Research specialist

- As a strategist, consultant and implementer, the candidate will ensure streamlined activities within the organization.

- Assess inbound communications, determine proper course of action and ensure appropriate delegation

- Participate in meetings with Founder, track multiple business activities, coordinate execution

- Building a strong level of mutual trust with the team over time, the role will see the individual ultimately grow as the Head of Family office.

Desired Profile:

- 5+ years' executive level experience; project management skills and ability to lead multiple projects independently , Equity Research (Public/ Private) & Investment specialist

- Ideal candidates would have worked in Founders office or in a program management office

- Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication & presentation skills, with the ability to express views clearly is a must

- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments

- Familiarity with financial matters, legal aspects, matters of operations and HR
